When we said we wanted to launch The Unibrow, we said we wanted it to be about friendship and history, camaraderie and the lives that artists live when they are working in their studios, creating without an audience in mind. But we also wanted this magazine to be about everyone that is part of this growing world that we call contemporary art, the people who come to openings, who print the posters, who make the music, who create the food, who come and support all the artists and of course our publication as we take off into the world.
Saturday, November 22nd was the opening of Against a Bright, Blue Sky, a group show curated by myself, Evan Pricco, and Ozzie Juarez, to kick off the American launch of The Unibrow and to celebrate the Los Angeles community that Tlaloc represents. Here are the people who made this happen… —EP
